Our founder, Hilary Ewart, created 7Mesh Consulting in 2015 after a 18 year career in leadership and team development, organizational psychology, team building, human resources and strategic business execution. Her work has spanned many industries, including utilities, tertiary education, tourism, financial services, resources, government, federal and local, healthcare and not for profit regulatory bodies. Her passion is working with individuals and groups to take a deeper dive, to explore, expand, and ultimately grow and move towards desired results. As an ultra-marathoner and having completed one of the hardest endurance races in the world, Racing the Planet, 4 deserts Gobi March, a 250 km self-supported foot race, and the world-class Himalayan 100-mile event, she is often called upon to give motivational presentations to business leaders and inspire the belief that we can accomplish anything when we put our minds to it.
